What is the difference between an AI policy and AI guidelines?
A policy sets the rules and who is accountable. Guidelines explain, in everyday language, how students, teachers and parents follow them. You usually need both, and we provide both.
How long does it take?
A targeted review can be quick. A full policy from scratch, including stakeholder input, typically takes a few weeks, depending on your school's size and how much consultation you want.
Who from our school needs to be involved?
Usually a small group: a school leader, an academic coordinator, and someone who looks after IT. We do the heavy lifting and keep your time to a minimum.
Do we need a lawyer?
For most schools, no. We build in the requirements of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If your school wants formal legal sign-off, our document is ready for your legal advisor to review.
Will it fit our board?
Yes. We align the policy with NEP 2020 and your board, whether that is CBSE, ICSE or a State board.
